About The Program
Northwest Credible Messenger’s Supportive Reentry program empowers Black and Brown youth and young adults returning from incarceration to rebuild their lives and reconnect with their communities.
Program Background
Grounded in Healing-Centered Engagement and the H2H Credible Messenger Mentorship Model, the program focuses on re-rooting participants in their cultural identities, empower agency, and building meaningful relationships that support long-term success.
