About The Training

Our Peer Certification Training is an immersive 36-hour in-person program is a Washington State professional certification built on a healing-centered, person-first approach aligned to the state testing and application requirement.

Participants gain practical skills to become Certified Peer Counselors (CPCs), learning to:

  • Build healing-centered, cross-cultural, and ethical peer partnerships
  • Support goal setting, treatment planning, group facilitation, and self-advocacy
  • Model hope and resilience, harnessing the power of lived experience to inspire and empower others
  • Communicate with empathy and clarity, maintaining professional boundaries while fostering trust and mutual respect

Graduates emerge as confident, compassionate peers, ready to champion recovery, amplify voices, and guide individuals toward purpose and healing.
