Sabrina Gray is a Certified Peer Counselor based in Milton, Washington, with a passion for helping women navigate transitions, heal from past wounds, and step into their true identity. She holds a Healing-Centered Engagement Training Certification and has been actively involved in mentoring, coaching, and leadership development for years.

With a background as a pastor, mentor, and faith-based coach, Sabrina has worked extensively with women in transition, supporting them through emotional and spiritual healing, faith-based trauma recovery, and identity formation. She has also served as a youth leader in a counseling role, providing one-on-one mentorship and coaching to young individuals. Her expertise spans across identity healing, overcoming insecurity, trauma recovery, emotional wellness, biblical mentorship, business coaching, and leadership development.

Her lived experience includes overcoming insecurity, identity struggles, rejection, and emotional wounds, as well as breaking free from people-pleasing and external validation. Through therapy and intentional self-work, she has cultivated resilience and emotional intelligence, which deeply informs her approach to peer counseling.

Sabrina’s approach to peer counseling is rooted in a healing-centered, faith-based mentorship model, guiding women toward personal growth, emotional stability, and confidence. She utilizes guided reflection, storytelling, journaling, practical application, and mentoring to provide transformative support. She maintains clear professional boundaries, setting expectations with clients, balancing empathy with objectivity, and directing them to the appropriate resources when needed.

She is currently available for virtual sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays from 11AM – 3 PM and offers one-on-one coaching, group sessions, and occasional training and workshops both virtually and in person.

As the founder of Worthy Her, a women’s organization focused on healing and identity, Sabrina is also actively involved in faith communities, business mentorship, and leadership coaching. Her work has been widely recognized for its impact, with clients frequently praising her deep insight, active listening skills, and ability to help women walk confidently into their purpose. She is open to providing references and testimonials upon request

Her motivation is deeply personal—she is passionate about helping women heal, grow, and walk confidently in their worth. Her goal is to equip women with tools for emotional, mental, and personal healing while fostering healthy relationships and leadership development. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys podcasting. mentorship, journaling, engaging in meaningful discussions, and encouraging women to embrace personal growth and identity development.
